HeyLola helps you keep your dog's records and documents organised in one place. It does not replace an official government or municipal pet registry, microchip registry, or any legally required registration. You remain responsible for completing any official registration that applies where you live or travel.

HeyLola is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Vaccination reminders and any health-related information in the app are for your convenience only. Always rely on a licensed veterinarian for your dog's medical care and for confirming what vaccinations or treatments are due.

Pet passports, travel files, and similar features are tools to help you stay organised. They do not guarantee entry to any country, airline, or venue. You are responsible for meeting all official travel, import, and health requirements for your dog, and for verifying them with the relevant authorities before you travel.

Partner and place discovery features are not part of the current public MVP. If listings are made available during a pilot, their information may be partner-supplied and should be confirmed directly with the business.

HeyLola Foundation is currently presented as a pilot under development. Public sponsorship, donation and fund-distribution mechanisms should not be treated as operational unless HeyLola explicitly confirms otherwise in writing.
