So… what is HeyLola?

HeyLola is your dog's lifestyle concierge: a dog lifestyle platform bringing together community, dog-friendly places, experiences, travel and concierge services. We build it for dog owners first, starting with your dog's profile and growing city by city through early access and waiting lists.

Yes, in Dubai. There you can browse the dog-friendly map and business directory for free without an account, create a free profile for your dog, and choose a Club or Concierge membership. Let's Travel helps you plan trips with your dog. Some features, such as community and member experiences, are still in early beta and are opening in stages.

HeyLola is live in Dubai, and the map also covers places across the UAE. New York and Miami are next, and you can join their waiting lists now. We also collect waiting-list sign-ups for other cities, such as Madrid and Barcelona. A waiting list means we're preparing a city, not that HeyLola is already running there. Your dog's profile and Let's Travel aren't limited to Dubai.

We don't have confirmed dates yet. New York and Miami are next; other cities open once we've checked enough places and partners locally. Join the waiting list with your city (or choose "Other" if it isn't listed) and we'll email you when there's news for your area.

The map, your dog's profile and saved places are free, with no card needed. Club and Concierge memberships start with a 10-day free trial: a card is needed to start it, and you won't be charged if you cancel within the 10 days. Current plans and prices are at heylola.co/membership.

HeyLola is made for dogs and the people who love them: our places, experiences, travel guidance and concierge services are designed around dogs. Some tools, such as pet profiles, travel checks and selected products, also support cats and other pets, so households with more than one kind of companion can still use them.

Apply to our Founding Partner Pilot at heylola.co/partners/apply with your business, your city and what you offer dog owners. We review every application by hand, and the pilot doesn't guarantee customers, traffic or bookings.

The HeyLola Foundation is our animal-welfare pilot. We're working with a small number of rescue organisations, starting in the New York area, to give their dogs more visibility. You can meet their dogs on the Foundation page, and shelters can register their interest at heylola.co/shelters/signup. Donations and monthly sponsorship through HeyLola are still being tested.

We take it seriously. Your dog's health and care details are private by default, we never sell personal data, and you can sign in with email or Google. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hey@heylola.co.
