HeyLola is operated by BMBWeb3 Global FZCO. This notice explains what personal data we collect in the early beta, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

• Dog profiles: your account email and the dog information you choose to add, including care notes and emergency contact details.
• Partner applications: the contact details and business information you provide in the partner form.
• Foundation pilot interest: organisation name, city, contact name and the account email used to submit the form.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, captured when you submit a form, used for abuse prevention.

We use your data to provide and improve dog profiles, evaluate partner and welfare-organisation applications, operate the early beta and — only where permitted — send relevant updates. We do not sell your data.

Product data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase. Other service providers may process limited data for authentication, email delivery, hosting and analytics. Processing is limited to operating and improving the service.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw marketing consent with one click from any email. To exercise these rights, contact us at hey@heylola.co.

This site uses necessary authentication cookies and analytics tools to understand visits, profile completion and application flows. You can use the cookie controls shown on the site where consent is required. We do not use this data to sell personal information.
