HeyLola is operated by BMBWeb3 Global FZCO. This notice explains what personal data we collect on this pre-launch site, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

• Waitlist: email address, and optionally your first name and city, plus your marketing consent.
• Partner applications: the contact details and business information you provide in the partner form.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, captured when you submit a form, used for abuse prevention.

We use your data to manage the waitlist, evaluate partner applications, and — only with your explicit consent — send you occasional updates about HeyLola. We do not sell your data.

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) inside the EU. Processing is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw marketing consent with one click from any email. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@heylola.com.

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for partner authentication. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the waitlist landing page.

We may update this notice as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
